FAQs
If there's something we haven't covered here, get in touch, the discovery call is exactly the place for it.
Invistaff takes care of the administration and operational work that pulls you away from running your business, things like inboxes, diaries, quotations, invoicing and customer communications. We also look at why those tasks take up so much time in the first place, and improve the underlying processes and systems so there's less admin to deal with going forward.
Invistaff is built for small and growing businesses where the owner is doing the work of running the business, client work, service delivery, managing a team, and doesn't have time left over for admin or improvements. We've worked with businesses in industries including technology, logistics, property, healthcare, professional services and more. If operational work is piling up faster than you can clear it, that's the problem we solve.
You don't need to know in advance. That's what the discovery call is for. Tell us what's taking up your time and what's frustrating you, and we'll help identify the right support, whether that's a specific task, a wider process review, or ongoing help across several areas.
Pricing depends on the type and amount of support you need, with packages starting from £99. Because every business is different, we agree the scope and cost with you directly after the discovery call, rather than forcing you into a fixed package that doesn't fit.
There's no set minimum contract. Support can range from a single one-off project through to an ongoing retainer, depending on what you need. We agree the terms that make sense for your business as part of setting up the engagement.
Yes. If you just need help with a specific project, such as a process review, a system set-up, or clearing a backlog of admin, that's a straightforward way to work with us, with no ongoing commitment required.
Yes. Many clients work with Invistaff on an ongoing basis, whether that's regular administrative support, continued operational input, or a retainer covering a mix of both. Support can evolve as your business does.
After your discovery call, we'll agree the scope of support and move into onboarding. How quickly we can start depends on the type of support needed, but we aim to get you set up and supported without unnecessary delay.
Onboarding involves understanding your business, your current processes and the systems you use, agreeing access to what's needed, and setting clear expectations for how we'll work together, so support can begin smoothly and with minimal disruption to you.
Yes. Support is built around your business, not a fixed package, so it can flex as your needs change, whether that means adding more administrative support, moving into a new operational project, or scaling back during quieter periods.
Confidentiality is built into how Invistaff operates. Relationships can begin with a confidentiality agreement in place, and access to your systems and documents is limited to what's genuinely needed for the work involved. Information is handled in a manner intended to comply with the Isle of Man Data Protection Act 2018. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy and agreed as part of your engagement.
Because there's no minimum contract, arrangements are designed to be flexible rather than tying you into unnecessary long-term commitment. The exact terms for ending support are agreed as part of your engagement, so there's clarity from the outset for both sides.
Tell us what's taking up your time. You don't need to know which service you need, we'll help you work that out.
