About Invistaff
Invistaff was founded by Aalish Kissack in the Isle of Man, launched in 2026 after seeing, first-hand, how disorganised the operational side of a busy trades business can become.
The idea for Invistaff came from working inside a construction business where the processes were all over the place. If someone went on holiday, things started falling apart within days, nobody had a clear way to leave notes, there were no standard operating procedures, and most of it was still running on paper. Stock ran out constantly, not because anyone wasn't trying, but because there was no system catching it before it became a problem.
Talking to other business owners in construction, it became clear this wasn't unique to one company. The same gaps kept coming up, no documentation, no continuity when someone was away, processes that only worked because one person happened to be holding it all together in their head.
Invistaff exists to fix that: to build the systems, documentation and day-to-day admin structure that mean a business doesn't fall over the moment someone takes a week off.
Aalish Kissack brings years of operational experience within the construction industry, alongside two years working on-site as a fire alarm engineer, giving her an understanding of both the practical and operational sides of these businesses, not just the admin in isolation.
Invistaff was built to sit in the practical middle ground: more capable and more invested than a task-by-task VA service, without asking a business to commit to a full-time employee before it's ready to.
